Cohort Member Application - Emerging Leaders Training

Emerging Leader Training is an important leadership development and professional growth process for qualified team members. The training process is designed to present core leadership philosophy and provide a structure for mutual growth and application of the core principles. Though information is “taught” in the weekly 90-minute sessions, the most important work happens between sessions as participants review, reflect, practice, and discuss their experience of exploring and applying ELT principles.

Because successful involvement in ELT is not simply a series of classes but an entire process which requires commitment and investment, we ask every prospective Cohort Member to complete this simple application.

Application Review and Member Selection:
The ELT1 cohort facilitator and your Management Team will review applications and inform all applicants about ELT selection status at least 14 days in advance.
