Bob Miller

Founder
Creator and Lead Facilitator

Bob’s entrepreneurial spirit surfaced at a young age. He had paper routes, sold lemonade and Christmas cards. He ran mobile car washing and yard maintenance businesses.

He is an educator, formerly licensed in North Carolina for K-12 instruction. Before graduate studies in business, Bob founded a music therapy and education company. He led a team of clinicians who served the clinical needs of clients in 3 states.

Learning more deeply about business structure and what contributes to success came next, through a succession of leadership positions: administrator, program manager, program director and marketing director within health services organizations.

The relationship between leadership style, culture and organizational achievement became a deliberate focus.

Bob recognized that his own success as a leader flowed from his enthusiasm for helping organizations achieve their goals by helping people grow as individuals and leaders.

With that in mind, Bob founded Miller Business Solutions in 1999. In addition to helping small businesses mature and grow, he often coaches the owners on how to sustain quality and create leadership structures that facilitate expansion—so they can own their business rather than being owned by it.

Bob developed Emerging Leaders Training to support his small business clients. Point-C makes ELT available to organizations seeking growth and wanting to expand their impact on the communities they serve.

The Advisory Team is both partner and guide for developing Point-C to its full potential. All members are ELT1 and ELT2 graduates who embrace the practice of applying leadership principles in their lives.

Each invited member has a story of personal transformation, positive change sustained over time, as the direct result of integrating ELT’s principles into their lives. Point-C’s Vision is a direct reflection of members’ desire to share the powerful experience of being their best and bringing out the best in others.
