Running a smaller organization means your success depends on every employee’s contribution.
To grow and scale up you need leaders at every level encouraging engagement, supporting positive employee relationships and boosting morale. However you measure success, the people shaping your culture make it happen.

Emerging Leaders Training
(ELT 1 and 2)
ELT challenges employees to be their best and help others shine through mutual understanding, respect and influence. ELT is live, interactive group training, tailored for your organization.
In a two-phased program, participants gain insights and relationship-building skills through facilitated discussion and exploration with other cohort members.
Each 13-week training develops understanding and habits that participants use and practice inside the sessions and within their workspace. These skills translate to all realms of life.
Invite people with leadership roles and other influencers—which can be just about anyone. With every cohort you spread understanding throughout the organization about your vision, work approach and how to participate in thriving relationships that move everyone and the entire organization forward.
Graduate Community
(ELT3)
Formal and informal supports for ELT graduates’ ongoing development. The ELT3 Community keeps cohorts connected with each other, facilitates contact among graduates from other organizations, and provides resources for ongoing personal and professional development.
One-year membership included with completion of the two-phase ELT training program.
